Appointments
Walk/Ski-ins are always welcome and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, appointments are highly recommended. In order to secure your appointment a credit card number is required at the time of booking. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before scheduled appointments to relax before your appointment begins.

Cancellations
We reserve the right to charge the full service price & 20% gratuity for appointments that are cancelled without 24 hours notice.

Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the price of the service. It is customary to leave your therapist 15 - 20% of the regular price of the service, depending on how much you enjoyed your service.

Cellular Phones
As a courtesy to our guests, please make sure your phones are shut off and not used in the spa.

Medical Conditions
Please advise us of any medical conditions, pregnancy, illness, skin conditions or recent injuries when making your spa appointments.  For the protection of our therapists and clients we reserve the right to refuse treatment to any client for any reason.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be purchased for any occasion. They are based on monetary value and can be used towards any service or product in the spa. Our gift certificates expire one year from date of purchase. 

Location
We are located at the base of the Gondola, in the Camel’s Garden Hotel in the town of Telluride. 

Parking
Metered street parking surrounds Atmosphere Spa.
