MASSAGE TREATMENTS

Swedish/Relaxation
The classic Swedish massage incorporates long fluid strokes of varying depth and pressure to enhance the body's natural functioning. It improves muscle tone, circulation and joint flexibility.
Aromatherapy Massage
A light Swedish massage that uses specially formulated blends of essential oils by Aromatherapy Associates to soothe mind and body. Choose one from six different blends for your decadent massage.
Deep tissue/Therapeutic
A more intensive form of Swedish massage that releases chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep pressure on contracted areas. Due to the release of toxins, you may feel some discomfort and tenderness after your massage.
Ashiatsu
This is an ancient form of bodywork using deep compression to create the most penetrating form of effleurage. Ashiatsu is performed barefoot while the therapist holds onto bars attached to the ceiling above a massage table. You will experience the deepest, most luxurious and vigorous massage ever.
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot Stone Therapy utilizes hot basalt stones to relieve stiffness and soreness. The heat and energy from the stones allow the therapist to work deeper on muscles for a truly relaxing experience.
Reflexology
The ancient Chinese technique that uses pressure-point massage on the feet to restore the flow of energy throughout the body. By using pressure on these points the therapist can help eliminate toxins, relax the entire body, and stimulate the healthy functioning of internal organs. Mobile Massage

Multivitamin Facial

Environmental Control Facial

Microdermabrasion Facial
A machine facial using special crystals to reduce fine lines, improve scarring and sun-induced photo damage, diminish hyper-pigmentation and smooth rough skin. A super, hydrating mask will bring moisture and healing after the crystal exfoliation. Best results in a series of 6 to 10 treatments, however a noticeable difference is seen & felt after one treatment.

Red Hot Body Wrap

Holistic Green Coffee Slim Wrap
